As Rick Warren said so succinctly in his book, The Purpose Driven Life, Chapter 1, first sentence, “It’s not about you.” I say to you, it’s not about me. I just read and encourage you to do the same and understand your worldview through your prism. Hopefully this website will assist you in knowing yourself.

I did not know David, nor did my father or my oldest son. He is our brother for we are all Marines. I felt compelled to attend his service that Saturday afternoon after all he is part of my family. He is with those that have gone before I am sure my father or another Marine has held close inspection prior to his duty posting. I am comforted by the fact that he is on post for “if the Army or the Navy ever look on Heaven’s scenes; they will find the streets are guarded by United States Marines”. Be at Peace he is with the Lord.
