A Tale of Two Cities, Charles Dickens~the contrast of love and evil.

Picture of Dorian Gray, Oscar Wilde-a picture of what sin does to the human soul.

Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde, Robert Louis Stevenson-the dividing line of good and evil goes through the middle of every human heart.

East of Eden, John Steinbeck-the story of Cain and Abel retold.

Frankenstein, Mary Shelley-Everyone desires to be known and loved by their Creator.

AND:

If I were to observe Christmas I would give:

TaNaCh (Artscroll) along with an ESV

Sidur  (Artscroll)

Cappernicus and the Jews

King of the Jews

AND: Would add anything that Dr. David Jeremiah writes; have attended several of his meetings.  He caters a lot to our older generation.  In process of reading another one now: “I Never Thought I’d See The Day”  Culture at the Crossroads

Like Rick Warren very much; can’t wait to see “Unbroken”

 

Just finishing up “Flags of Our Fathers” by James Bradley – quite a book.

AND:Jesus Calling by Sarah Young. Fantastic. 365 daily devotions and references to scripture. please read Dec. 12th in this book….

A MUST Have: Solving the 24 Problems Men Face (The Man In The Mirror by Patrick Morley…This is a checklist to see if you are walking the talk….Look at page 254 cycle of fear…Page 94…3rd para. down…God has a special purpose for your Life!
